Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order, which means that once you place your order, we take time to create your custom item. This typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product. Please note that processing times may vary during busy seasons or due to any unexpected delays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–14 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: We deliver to the USA addresses only at present.

Note: Shipping times are estimates, and delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as customs, weather, or carrier delays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and chosen shipping method. The rates are automatically updated before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that occur once the order has been shipped. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please reach out to us at Contact immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. In some cases, you may need to contact the carrier directly for resolution.

Address Changes

Returns and Exchanges

Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
